It’s Workout Wednesday here and this week I have for you 12 mental benefits of exercising. We all know that exercising is great for our bodies, physically. And the great thing about exercise is that it affects more than our physical appearance. There are several mental benefits that come from exercising.
When I say exercising I don’t mean that you have to spent hours upon hours in the gym everyday. The important thing is that you find a fitness routine that works for you, that you’ll be able to complete regularly and consistently. Here are a few examples of exercises you can do without even stepping foot into the gym: running, rollerblading, ice skating, yoga, pilates, martial arts, videos such as 30 day shred and blogilates etc.
