When it comes to weight loss I believe that there are no secrets but rather a recipe of different ingredients that work for some and not for others. So the information that I’m about to share with you are not secrets but rather I’m spreading the knowledge. Where weight loss is concerned education will be your biggest vice!

1. Focus on your Health: Your body is a wonder, treat it right. Fill your body with goodness. Make it work hard.
2. Love Yourself: Stop the fat talk, it’s compromising your efforts. Love your body. Understand that you deserve to be healthier and more confident. Believe in yourself. On only then will you be ready for your weight loss journey.
3. Educate Yourself: Some science is needed. Learn the basics. Read about nutrition. Study how your body works. Get acquainted with the latest exercise research & find out what works for you.
4. Change your frame of mind: The hard work happens in your head. Break the cycle. STOP getting obsessed with the scale. STOP punishing yourself when you slip up. STOP doing workouts you hate. You’re setting yourself up for failure. Do things you love, forgive yourself and move on think of the bigger picture.
5. Change your lifestyle: Enough with the diets. Focus outside of your weight. Your lifestyle needs to change permanently. Adapt your routine to your new you. Make small changes on the long term (baby steps!).
6. Keep Inspired: Motivation is what keeps you going! You don’t want to fall back again. Watch some healthy food porn. Keep up to date with nutrition news. Keeping focused and inspired is key.
