As a blogger my posts are mostly always based on an experience that I’ve gone through. This post is no different. Over the last week i’ve been dealing with debilitating back pain, not only back pain but neck and arm pain/numbness and I have yet to find out what’s wrong with me. So while I wait for test results I’m trying to find a way to stay “active” without causing myself anymore pain or further injuring myself. I’m looking into different yoga poses and stretches that I can safely do for my back.
Always remember that If you are in any kind of pain, it is important to speak with a health care professional before engaging in any sort of physical activity in order to prevent any further damage or injury.
