I woke up this morning and realized that it was Friday, which means it’s #FoodieFridays on the blog and guess what? I didn’t have a recipe to post because I’ve been travelling this week and I’ve just been really tired ever since. While still laying in bed, I started scrolling through all of my social media sites and I came across a french toast roll up recipe. Once I was done scrolling I rolled out of bed and made some of my own french toast roll-ups!

I used a glass to flatten out the bread because I didn’t have a rolling pin.

Sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar, add strawberries and roll up!

Egg Mixture: 2 eggs, splash of milk, cinnamon, splash of vanilla extract.

I ended up making 3 roll-ups for my breakfast, I added strawberries to two of them and the third one was simply cinnamon sugar and I enjoyed both flavors!
