I can’t believe it’s Monday already! I feel like I was just sitting here writing my first motivational Monday post and it’s already been a week. I hope you’ve had a great week and weekend and are ready to face this week head on! Can you believe it’s the last day of June? Where has the time gone? We’re half way through 2014 so I think there is no better time to reevaluate your goals for the year! There are certainly goals that you have accomplished so you can make new goals to replace them but there are probably goals that are no longer goals that you want to achieve so you’ll need to replace those as well. Goals don’t necessarily have to be health or fitness related they can also be life related, something that you want to positively change in your life!
