I wish there was a song for Monday’s, I feel like if I opened my motivational Monday posts with a song it would make it that much better! Plus Monday’s are usually pretty shitty, so a song would help… maybe I’ll write one. I am writing this post a day early, it is Sunday right now, because I am leaving for vacation on Tuesday and I’m scared I won’t have time to write it tomorrow – Round of applause of planning ahead! I’m headed to the east coast, 12 hours away, to visit my family! I’ve decided that I am going to blog everyday while I’m there, I’m going to be documenting my first vacation as a vegetarian. This is going to be the first challenge that I am faced with as a new vegetarian so I’ve decided to share my experience. I also think that it’s going to be a nice thing to look back on! I’m also going to schedule posts randomly throughout the week for those who are less interested in my vegetarianism! Also this week, you will see something new within my blog, it will happen Tuesday or Wednesday so come back for that!
