Hey, Hey, Hey, it’s Monday!!
I hope that you’ve had a great week and weekend and that you’re excited for the week to come! I like to tell myself that Monday’s are a great day and not a crappy, I want to stay home and crawl under my bed day. Like everything else in life, it’s only as bad as you make it. Think positive and keep going!
Are you on vacation this week? I know that it’s vacation time and that certainly does not mean that you have to veer way off track. I have been on vacation for the past week and I have managed to stay on track with my eating, I thought I would struggle with being vegetarian but I haven’t! I have had a few treats but that’s it. I believe that the key to success while on vacation is planning and your state of mind plays a huge part as well. If you go into your vacation thinking “this vacation is going to throw me so far off track” trust me, it will. You have to go into your vacation thinking I can do this, I can find the healthiest food that there is around. There are always healthy options available even though it may not be the healthiest option in the world. Vacation also doesn’t mean that you forgo exercise. I think that vacation time is a great time to get outdoors and explore what life has to offer, get out there and go hiking, swimming, fishing, running, roller skating, whatever tickles your fancy!
I wish you a great and successful week in everything that you take on. Remember that things aren’t always easy but if you keep pushing you’ll get through it.
