How are you doing today? Are you excited to transform yourself from a couch potato to a 5KM runner? I know that I sure am! Unfortunately, I have taken a few months hiatus from running and I miss it terribly so I’m getting back into it this week. Since I haven’t run at all for about 2 months I’m going to need to start from scratch to build up my endurance again, maybe not from scratch but pretty close. I know that I can’t be the only one that has been slacking off when it comes to running, so I’ve put together a little plan to help us get up off the couch to running 5KM in as little as 8 weeks!
