Inspiration is one of those things that keep us excited about our days but it’s also something that can be hard to come by once in a while. Sometimes when we go through a big change it can be hard to find inspiration to do the things that we like and enjoy doing. So if you are in need of inspiration keep reading. I’ve got a list of things that can get you back on track! It may seem hard to do all of these things in one day, but I assure you that you can do most of these if you put your mind to it. If you can’t do all of these because life can be hectic, try to do some of these things and I’m sure it’ll help you. It may even make your busy life less hectic, so you’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain!
Tips on staying Inspired
1. Drink a glass of water – When you wake up in the morning, drink a glass of water to start the day of fresh.
2. Move & Sweat – Daily exercise boosts your energy level, improves your mood, and relieves stress.
3. Get plenty of sleep – When you get enough rest, you have more energy to do the things that you make happy.
Plan your day
4. Top 3 Tasks – Every morning, make a list of 3 tasks you want to accomplish that day.
5. The 50/50 Rule – Work on one important task for 50 minutes and then take a 10 minute break to refocus.
6. Reflect daily – End your day with 10 minutes of reflections and self-evaluation.
7. Reading – Reading increases knowledge, which in turn keeps you inspired.
8. Browsing – Watching tutorials and conducting research increases your capabilities.
9. Brainstorm – Brainstorming can be a creative gold mind.
Focus on What Makes You Happy
10. Express Gratitude – Think about 10 things you are grateful for every morning – gratitude promotes happiness.
11. Clean your desk – A tidy desk give you energy and inspiration and lets you focus on the work you need to get done.
12. Indulge in your favorites things – Set a time aside to relax and enjoy your favorite things like playing with your pet or going for a bike ride.
