It’s been a while since I’ve done a #WorkoutWednesday post so I thought I’d jump back in with something different and fun! If you’ve been coming here for a while you know that I’m all about having fun when it comes to working out and I believe that you don’t need a gym membership to get in shape(I’ve never belonged to a gym). So when I get bored of a certain exercise I like to switch it up, this way I don’t lose motivation and my muscles get confused! So let’s get right into it!

I know that rock climbing gyms aren’t everywhere in every town but there could be one that you don’t know of! For example: I stepped into the YMCA close to my house last week and I saw that they do have a Rock Climbing Wall, it’s not a full rock climbing gym but it is there!
