For today’s edition of #WorkoutWednesday I will be talking Abs! The one thing that everyone seems to be after, including myself, kinda. I say kinda because I RARELY do a workout specifically for my abs. I just don’t enjoy it that much and I find that other exercises I do also engage my core, such as running. Having said this, ab workouts are important. It’s good to workout all of your muscles and not seclude some. If your goal is to get a six pack then you better start crunching, BUT abs are made in the kitchen, mostly. You can put in all the work in the gym but if you get home and eat cupcakes and fries then you can forget about your abs.
When it comes to ab workouts the first thing that comes to most peoples minds are crunches or sit-ups and while does are both great, there are plenty of other exercises that you can do that will work your core so I want to share these with you.
