It’s October! My favorite month, I love the leaves changing, the fresh and crisp air, mornings and evenings become perfect times to run, Thanksgiving, Halloween and the home stretch to Christmas! Speaking of Christmas, it’s a few months away and you still have some time to get into that fitness routine and shed those few pounds that you’ve been wanting to get rid of for months now!
Instead of rambling on I will share with you some monthly challenges that you can accomplish int he next 30 days. These will help you get in better physical shape, as well as help you establish the Fitness Habit!
