Its’ April, April, April!!!! Which means, Bye Bye Snow, Hello Spring, I’m another year wiser, my boyfriend graduates for the 3rd time and Summer is just around the corner! So I couldn’t think of a better time to put together a list of ALL the exercises that I enjoy doing. This list is meant to serve as a guideline, a place to come to when you can’t seem to figure out what to do. There are tons of other exercises that you can do, the ones listed here are my favorites. The reason I post my favorites is because it makes it easier for me to stick to my workouts.
