Thank you so much for stopping by! I haven’t posted about fitness or working out in a little while so I decided I’d do that since today is… #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY! If the weather is starting to change where you live and the snow is melting you probably feel like you need to be outdoors, you’ve been cooped up all Winter and it’s time to set yourself free and what better way to do that than with running? If you belong to a gym or are lucky enough to own your own treadmill you may have kept up with running this past Winter but wether you have or you haven’t kept up with it you’re probably itching to get out on the pavement.
Since the weather is starting to get nicer I’ve been tricked by the sun quite a few times, I think it’s the anticipation of t-shirt weather, or maybe even just sweater weather but I’ve gone out a little too underdressed a few times. I was just looking out my window and since the sun was shinning bright I figured it was nice enough to take off a few layers… I was wrong! So I think the same thing goes for running. Although you will be sweating and you’re going to get hot you want to dress appropriately to avoid freezing or being too hot and getting sick. Below is an infograph that can serve as a guide to what you should wear when you’re running at certain temperatures!
